Custom Fabrication
& Welding

The shop is equipped with 2 Rotary lifts. A 9,000lb and a 10,000lb capacity
lifts to easily lift any cars or trucks to a comfortable working
height. We can accomodate your typical light weight small cars up to
big heavy trucks. We have Magnaflow, Dynomax, Flowmaster and many other
import and domestic brand name mufflers to choose from. We have access
to many diameters of piping available from the smallish 1.5" straight
piping and up to 5" straight pipings, we also have access to all type
and kinds of mandrel bends piping. 1.5" mandrel bends up to 5" mandrel
bends. All pipings and mandrel bends except for a select few are
available in aluminized mild steel and stainless steel options.
We can also fabricate mandrel bend intake pipes for your car. Custom
intake piping to suit whatever intake system that you have in mind. We
also offer upper and lower intercooler pipes design and finish welding.
We even have the tool to put those hose beads at the end of the intake
pipe so your hose and clamps wont blow off. Got a particular
intercooler core in mind? Bring it over and we can get that end tank
designed, cut and welded for your application. Whatever you need, we
can do it.
Got a wild idea creeping up your spine? So you want to install 4
mufflers on your exhaust systems? Want to have 8 exhaust tips exiting
the back of the bumper? No problem. Sometimes you just want to be
different you know, we can take care of that! Got a custom grill or a
custom steel table that you want to build? Maybe a decorative steel end
table with custom auto or bike parts welded to it? It'll be a really
interesting conversation piece! Just let us know, we'll be there to

Torque Plate
Boring and Honing
Here at PINA, we are very experienced in doing anything from mending a
blown head gasket all the way to building 2.4 liter stroker motor. If
you are in need of a rebuilt 1g, have a crankwalked 2g, we can solve
your needs with rebuilding a 6 bolt 4G63 for you. We suit all your
engine rebuild needs and questions. We also own our own 4G6x torque plate! The torque plate duplicates
the block pulling forces from a bolted head during the boring and honing process.
This results in very accurate cylinder wall final bore sizing and honing capability.

Repair and Maintenance
Services
We offer a comprehensive repair and maintenance service of street and
race cars from engine and tranny complete to rebuilds and tuning
service. Timing belt jobs, headgasket jobs, clutch jobs, brake jobs,
suspension works, head rebuilds, block rebuilds, tranny rebuilds,
engine swaps, etc. We have an OBDII code reader as well to track Check
Engine Light problems with 1995 and up OBDII cars. You want it done,
let us know.
We charge $75 per hour for repair and maintenance with a 1 hour minimum.
